The XRNGV CNG regulator is the latest model in the Conoflow series of world class NGV fuel pressure regulators.  This new model is designed for large truck engines to 15 liters and enables full operating power to very low tank pressures.  This unique valve and rugged yet sensitive diaphragm, results in a high-performance regulator that minimizes delivery pressure fluctuation throughout the range of inlet pressure and gas flow rates.  Extremely durable fluorocarbon rubber diaphragm and seals provide long life with a wide range of operating temperature.  A high flow capacity solenoid valve is integrated into the regulator to preserve the regulated pressure delivery performance.

The XRNGV Regulator is proven to be a safe and reliable pressure control element. Meets the requirements of ECE R110 and NGV 3.1 and ISO 15500
 
  • Regulated Media: Compressed natural gas
  • Inlet Pressure: 225 to 3600 PSIG (15.5 to 248 bar) To meet all performance specifications.
  • Nominal Output Pressure Range: Factory preset from 70 to 110 PSIG (4.8 to 7.6 bar).  Delivery pressure to a running engine will typically be within 5 psi of the preset pressure throughout The full range of inlet pressure and gas flow.  
  • CNG Flow Capacity: 0-220 lb/hr (99.8 kg/hr) of CNG
  • Inlet Solenoid: 12 or 24 VDC – See CED code Normally closed, pilot design
  • Outlet Relief Valve (PRRV): Factory preset to 35 PSIG (2.4 bar) above regulator preset output setting
